We have been working with ATTENDO SW since February 2022 and are generally satisfied with it. What I appreciate most is the generated passes, the automatic transcription of absences from the HR system and the easy conversion of attendance reports to Avensio SW.

In the cardholder section, I find the overview of working time totals, especially for absenteeism, and for shift work the overview in the hours bank, which is also available in printed form, a great help. In terms of shift planning, I appreciate the conversion table that takes into account the norm and hours, both for the actual situation and for the proposed plan. The comparison reports are also very useful for efficient scheduling.

We have been using the attendance system for approximately 1.5 years. It enables electronic processing of statements and direct communication with the payroll processing system.

A great advantage is the current overview of hours worked, overtime and leave balances. It allows managers to easily obtain various reports such as the number of night shifts, holidays worked, etc.

We are very satisfied with ATTENDO SW, not only because of its functionality, but also because of the excellent and professional support, which is crucial for us. We have been using the software since 2008, a respectable 16 years, and it has become an indispensable part of our operations.

Most often, we work with shift scheduling features that allow us to efficiently plan shifts in a variety of areas - from healthcare facilities, where we use both four-group and five-group models, to operations such as the kitchen, boiler room, janitorial or transportation. We also adapt the schedules to part-time and theoretical needs, for example, to record sick leave or vacation. In addition, managers will appreciate the overview of the annual working time pool, which is also displayed in the case of non-standard work schedules. A big thank you also goes to Mrs. Paskova from the support hotline, who contributes significantly to our satisfaction with her helpfulness and expertise.

We have been using ATTENDO SW for about three quarters of a year and we are very satisfied with it. The system has greatly simplified our monthly attendance processing and streamlined communication with assistants across the company. Previously, we kept all attendance records manually on paper, entered absences manually into the Avensio SW system, and each person created the output individually in Excel or Word. Today, we have a single output, a clear system and the assistants have up-to-date information on leave balances and days of service for their teams.

In our office we quickly got used to working with ATTENDO SW and we are satisfied with it. We have been using the time and attendance system since December 2021 and it makes it very easy to keep track of our working hours. The time and attendance system has been set up exactly according to our needs, and even the heads of departments have gradually become familiar with its use - even those who initially did not want any new features now admit that the new time and attendance system has really made their work easier.

The functions we use most often are the conversion of attendance to payroll and the printing of various reports, such as entitlement to meal or holiday pay. Otherwise, I would like to highlight the great cooperation and helpfulness of the team at Hotline ATTENDO SW, which I appreciate very much.

The town of Odolena Voda has been using the ATTENDO SW attendance system since 2016 and during this time the employees have become fully accustomed to it. They mark their attendance regularly and have a clear overview of their arrivals and departures, which contributes to greater transparency and accountability.

The system is of great benefit especially for the payroll accountant who appreciates the easy transfer of data to the Avensio SW payroll software. In addition, the system is connected to the HR Portal, where employees enter their own leave, for example, and thus everyone has a clear overview of the presence and absence of colleagues. We started using the attendance system in 2020 as a supplement to the Avensio SW payroll software for shift planning. It brought order to scheduling and made it easier to track each employee's annual work hours. We have also gradually moved to monthly reporting and are using the time and attendance system on a full-fledged basis with walk-through terminals from 1 January 2025. We appreciate the ongoing development and addition of new features. We would welcome the ability to have history when assigning employees to groups - as there is often movement between departments in our healthcare department.

"A system that adapts to specific requirements"

"In our company we use the program ATTENDO SW (formerly ALFA DOCHÁZKA) and  access system to record staff attendance and Reception module to record visits to our premises, all from RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o.

Outputs from these programs can be easily pulled into the payroll program AVENSIO SW.

We process payroll for 350 employees, who work in 5 companies. It should be noted that our organization and its requirements are quite specific.

Production employees work in continuous operation, eight-hour shifts on weekdays and twelve-hour shifts on weekends. This results in a very specific shift schedule and for the employees so-called sliding holidays.

RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. was very good at registering attendance (e.g. changing employees within a certain time frame, entitlement to extra pay, etc.) and "getting to grips" with the payroll program, while competing companies were often unable to understand the issues and our requirements."

"Significant reduction in failed passes"

"The new attendance system (with fingerprint registration) was launched at the beginning of 2013, we have been using the ATTENDO SW (formerly ALFA DOCHÁZKA) attendance program for many years.

From an IT specialist's point of view, the attendance system ATTENDO SW I appreciate its maintenance-free nature, or the possibility of its operational settings according to our current needs.

Our system includes reader at the front door (allows authorized persons to enter the building without the assistance of a doorman) + arrival reader a exit reader at the gatehouse.

Prior to the introduction of these readers, we were concerned that the fingerprint recognition would not work reliably and there would be a large number of employees with failed identification at pass-through. However, these fears have not materialized.

We have approximately 160 employees, 10 of whom have been assigned a chip for various reasons. The rest are identified by fingerprint. We currently have approximately 15 unsuccessful passes per month. That's compared to about 6,000 monthly passes negligible percentage.

How do I evaluate my cooperation with RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o.? Communication with the employees of RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. has always been seamless. The support in various areas of the system is exemplary, and the cooperation with some staff works almost on a personal level."

"The company Zemědělské služby Dynín, a.s. and its subsidiaries employs 130 employees. In the company we use attendance system  from RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. to record the attendance of our employees.

Data transfer from the attendance system ATTENDO SW (formerly ALFA DOCHÁZKA) directly into the payroll program is no problem.

For scanning of arrivals and departures to/from work we use chips and fingerprints, attendance terminal we have directly at the concierge and in the individual premises.

"Since January 2018 we have been fully using the attendance system ATTEDNO SW (formerly ALFA DOCHÁZKA) and access system to record staff attendance.
We process attendance for 232 employees a data transfer from the attendance system to the payroll programme AVENSIO SW ...is no problem.

We use chips to record attendance. The staff very quickly understood how to look into attendance and check that they have everything recorded. One large touch screen installed in the canteen area is used for this purpose.

The programme works very well and if any problem arises, the staff of RSM Payroll Centre CZ s.r.o. are here to help us always advise to our satisfaction and the cooperation works perfectly.

It should be added that today's processing of attendance and subsequent transfer to the payroll program is completely error-free, which will make a lot of time easier for us."
