My attendance

Bonus for your employees

My Attendance is a supplementary module to ATTENDO SW that allows you to view an employee's attendance report. In addition, the employee can also add his/her notes for each day.

Every employee has an overview of his/her current working hours at any time.

This removes the obligation for managers to inform their subordinates of the status of their attendance, the amount of overtime or leave balances. Employees can find out all this themselves with a glance at My Attendance.

  • Easy access to your own attendance records - employees can view their attendance records at any time.
  • Timesheet - used as a view of shift schedule, vacation and hours bank status.
  • Data back check - employees can also view closed periods (e.g. calendar months).
  • Easy login - access via personal number and password.
  • Option to add notes - you can add notes for each day of attendance.
  • Printing attendance report - possibility to print the report directly from the application (if a printer is connected).
  • Planning for the future - insight into planned shifts and attendance in future periods.
  • Unlimited use - can be used on any number of stations, installation is not limited.

Additional modules and programmes

Communication module

This module works as a system service. It provides on-line transfer of events from the control unit to the database. You can set the intervals at which the transfer takes place according to your current needs.

Readers and terminals

We can also provide you with the necessary hardware equipment for the attendance and access program. We will recommend the most suitable solution and, of course, we will also arrange the installation and initial setup of the equipment in your company.

HR Portal

We offer the HR Portal as a supplement to the ATTENDO SW attendance system in the form of a web application. This add-on facilitates communication between management and employees and extends the capabilities of the system. Thanks to the application, you can easily order meals, plan vacations or view and manage attendance reports. It will also simplify the sharing of important documents.

Corporate catering

With the extension of the attendance system, you get a modern and efficient way to manage corporate catering. In the kiosk ordering system, your employees identify themselves with an employee card or chip and then order selected meals from the menu.
