We are very satisfied with ATTENDO SW, not only because of its functionality, but also because of the excellent and professional support, which is crucial for us. We have been using the software since 2008, a respectable 16 years, and it has become an indispensable part of our operations.
Most often, we work with shift scheduling features that allow us to efficiently plan shifts in a variety of areas - from healthcare facilities, where we use both four-group and five-group models, to operations such as the kitchen, boiler room, janitorial or transportation. We also adapt the schedules to part-time and theoretical needs, for example, to record sick leave or vacation. In addition, managers will appreciate the overview of the annual working time pool, which is also displayed in the case of non-standard work schedules.
